Cancellation policy for Classes: If you are enrolled in a one-day class and need to cancel, we are happy to transfer your payment to another program of your choice to be used within one year. If you are enrolled in a class that is multiple days, and need to cancel, our policy is: 1 month notice - full refund minus $50 transaction fee, 1 week notice - we will refund you half your tuition, last minute cancellation - there is no refund.

Birth and death - two of life's greatest threshold moments are often hijacked by modern-day methods. This class, Sacred Undertaking, guides you through the steps to reclaim the sacredness of the death process, so family members can create a meaningful experience as they help their loved one cross over, whether at home or in a care facility.
Join Ann-Elizabeth Barnes as she guides participants in charting their path towards the threshold.
You will learn how to prepare advanced directives and set up for a home vigil in accordance with your spiritual and religious beliefs, work with a funeral home and invite simplicity and sacredness into this threshold moment.

Sacred Oils are powerful remedies that date all the way back to ancient Egypt and Babylonia. They were used to help awaken initiates to their own Divine Essence, and to expand their awareness beyond the ordinary world. In this class, we will spend the morning exploring the Magdalene consciousness and the Divine Feminine and how they pertain to our lives. In the afternoon, we'll explore the profound healing power of the oils and how they can help restore our nervous system to a place of inner calm and peace.

There is an energetic blueprint held within the body that is aligned with the Divine and the energy of Love. Through gentle movements where we focus more on release than the stretch, meditative pathwork, sacred oils and Divine Mother light language, we'll release the stress and the trauma held in the body, as we begin to awaken our Divine Blueprint. Profoundly healing!
